Payment throughout RentMoola is only available for properties fully managed by Sunstar Realty
Ltd. For properties not managed by Sunstar Realty Ltd., payments must be made directly with
each individual landlord.
RentMoola is an independent contractor we have selected for credit card and direct debit
transactions.
Sunstar Realty Ltd. does not have any financial interests in RentMoola, nor has any financial
gains from these transactions.
Transactions processed by RentMoola is $1.99 for each direct debit payment. All credit card
payments are subject to a service fee charged by RentMoola ranging from 0.99% to 3.99% per
transaction depending on the vendor.
