Company Profile
Incorporated in 1994, we are an independent family-run full service real estate brokerage firm. Since then, we have developed into Vancouver's premier boutique management firm of choice for individual and small time investors, both local and offshore. Our current focus is rental property management. However, in our real estate trading division we have over fifty sales representatives, from very diverse backgrounds, collectively can speak eleven different languages, serving clients from home sellers, first time buyers, real estate investors, to builders and developers. Licensing, Bonding & Insurance
Sunstar Realty Ltd. is fully licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. All property managers are licensed for rental property management. We are member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, the British Columbia Real Estate Association, and Equifax Canada. Our company is fully bonded and insured by the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Corporation.
Office Location
Our office is centrally located in the heart of the city of Vancouver. Our strategic location allows us to travel to and service any rental properties within our service area within 20 minutes driving time. Sunstar's office premises takes up 3 units of the corner commercial plaza at 3003 Kingsway, which is wholly owned and managed by the principals of the company. All premises are highly secured and monitored by an independent fire prevention company and a security monitoring company.

Financial Position
Sunstar Realty Ltd. is a privately held and financially sound company. We handle millions of dollars of rental revenue for our clients in a separate trust account, which is strictly monitored by the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. By law, our books are audited annually and a Chartered Accountant's report is filed annually with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia. Accountability is our foundation. We understand because we are investors, too.
