Fee Structure:
* We are the most competitively priced property management service provider in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond for both fully furnished short-term and unfurnished long-term rental properties management for the quality and quantity of services included with our packages. We know because a lot of our current clients switched from other property management firms to us. And they have already done their fair share of shopping around.
* For full property management service, our fees are all inclusive of our time and labour required to attend to all tenancy and property related matters .
* We do not have another list of extra hourly labour charges for services rendered.
* When there is no rent collected, there is no management fees for us. i.e., no fees during vacant periods.
* We do not have hidden disbursement charges, processing fees, nor do we have renewal fees, etc.
* We do not charge a fee if an existing tenant renews or extends his/her tenancy.
* We do not surcharge on third-party services or repairs/maintenance supervisions.
* What you see in our service agreement is exactly what you get.
* This way you can enjoy a "Peace of Mind" investment experience. That translates to: we only make money when we attract and place high quality tenants into any of the properties in our portfolio. We know because we are investors, too.
