About Our Tenants

We currently specialize in the high end market only. Our tenants clientele are typically corporate executives who come here to Vancouver for extended business trips or for short term contracts working on various projects including but not limited to all Olympics related projects, consulting in financial & legal fields, and all kinds of projects in the movie industry.

They are usually from oil and gas companies, the film industry and various legal and accounting fields. Over the years we have built up a wealth of connections with a network of corporate relocation agencies, human resource management firms and production managers feeding us streams of high quality people looking for high quality fully furnished short term rentals.

Properties We Prefer

Our tenants clientele are typically looking for furnished suites with the following characteristics:

Located in Vancouver Downtown, Coal Harbour, West End, False Creek North,
   Concord Pacific Place, Yaletown, Vancouver Westside, Kitsilano, Point Grey, Fairview,
   Shaughnessy, North Vancouver and West Vancouver

Preferably with unobstructed water view of False Creek, English Bay or Burrard Inlet.
   Partial water view or close to the waterfront or Seawall are just as good. View of
   parks, docks, marinas are also very desirable.

Buildings should have amenities such as 24 hours concierge, gym, steam room,
   sauna room, swimming pool & hot tub, conference rooms and related facilities
   meeting rooms, social lounges, media rooms, secured underground parking, etc.

The furnished suite itself should be professionally furnished for the purpose of
   short term rentals. Owners must provide the following services as basic
   requirements: regular maid service, telephone, cable, high speed Internet,
   electricity, natural gas, heat, hot water, all linen, dishes, stereo, TV and
   entertainment units, all major appliances

Marketing and Placement Service

With our furnished rentals marketing and placement service, we do not manage your properties for you as your property manager. We act as your marketing representative only. You manage the property yourself and you service the tenants during the tenancies yourself, but you leave all the marketing efforts in filling vacancies to us.

Our duties include marketing campaign setup, interior furnishings and design consultation, ongoing marketing efforts in promoting your properties to high quality prospective tenants, tenants screening and background checks and limited concierge service at the beginning and at the end of each tenancy. With our highly effective marketing systems, networks of satisfied existing clientele and excellent relationships with various relocation agencies already in place, your properties will enjoy high occupancy rates with high quality tenants which we will constantly refer to you.

Full Property Management Service
